The North East and North Cumbria Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) Network hosted at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle is an NHS England funded operational delivery network commissioned to provide impartial clinical advice and expertise to stakeholders within the North East and North Cumbria.
The Network aim is to develop equitable, high standard services for the lifetime pathway of a patient with CHD.
Our vision is to provide high quality, equitable care for congenital heart disease patients wherever they live within our region;
